Sign Production Designer
& Large-Format Print Operator

Join our production team designing and printing roadway and commercial signage. This role combines production-ready graphic design, large-format printing, vinyl production, and hands-on coordination with our manufacturing team.
As our Sign Production Designer & Large-Format Print Operator, you will prepare accurate, production-ready artwork and operate large-format printing equipment used to create roadway, traffic, and commercial signage.
You will work closely with our production team to ensure every project meets the correct specifications and Arium’s standards for accuracy, visibility, and quality. This position is best suited for someone who is comfortable moving between design software and hands-on print production.
Responsibilities

Create and prepare production-ready sign artwork

Use FlexiSIGN to design, edit, and prepare print files

Operate large-format printing equipment

Produce vinyl graphics and reflective sign components

Review files for correct dimensions, spelling, color, and specifications

Coordinate with the production team regarding project requirements and deadlines

Help maintain an organized and efficient production workspace
Requirements

FlexiSIGN experience required

Experience with large-format printing and vinyl production

HP Latex printer experience preferred

Roadway or traffic-signage experience is a plus

Spanish required

Strong attention to detail and accuracy
